FAQs

How can I get an RSVP?

Our screenings are free with advanced registration. Simply set-up or login to your Elevent account. All seating is first come, first serve to RSVP holders based on capacity.

Where do film screenings take place?

Film screenings and events will take place at ARRAY’s Creative Campus in the Amanda Theater or Cinema Lounge located at 180 Glendale Blvd., LA 90026 unless otherwise noted.

How early should I arrive for my screening?

ARRAY will generally open for events 1 hour prior to showtime unless otherwise noted. If you have a RSVP, admission is based on capacity. We do reserve the right to grant access to events on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What if I have an RSVP and I am late?

Your confirmed RSVP does not guarantee seating. Seating is available to RSVP holders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating begins 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of a film. Your seat may be offered to a guest in the wait list line if you are not physically present; everyone with a RSVP must be in line to get a seat. We do not allow seat saving and we do not guarantee late seating.

What if I can no longer attend a screening?

We are welcoming you into our home, if you have a confirmed RSVP but cannot make the screening for any particular reason, please kindly email us in advance of your showtime at programming[at]arraynow.com to release your seat.

Is there a waitlist policy?

If you were not able to secure a confirmed RSVP in advance, have no fear! Additional seats may become available off of the wait list. If you have a wait list RSVP, you must be physically in the wait list line on ARRAY’s campus at least 15 minutes prior to the showtime.

Can I reserve group RSVPs?

Due to limited capacity, each guest may reserve 1 RSVP per screening for up to 3 screenings via our online ticketing platform, Elevent. If you would like to request a group RSVP reservation, please email programming[at]arraynow.com with your request. Requests will be accommodated on a case by case basis pending seat availability.

Where do I park?

We encourage the use of rideshare services for transportation to our campus. Limited neighborhood street parking may be available, as well as self-pay parking at nearby lot at 110 Glendale Blvd.
